Join Certified Instructor Liz Kelly for a six-week yoga journey designed to enhance both your physical and mental well-being. In this full-body yoga program, Liz will guide you through movements that target each part of your body from head to toe. We’ll focus on cultivating strength, flexibility, and relaxation while deepening the mind-body-breath connection.

By the end of the program, you’ll not only feel stronger and more flexible but also equipped with tools to calm your mind and relax your body.

Thursdays - 10-Session Pass or Drop-In Yoga with Marley Leslie

$135 for 10 sessions or $15 per drop-in session
