What: Stick & Puck Session 

When: Every Friday, 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM 

Ages: 6-16

Important details:

• Stick & Puck sessions are for practicing skating and stickhandling skills, no scrimmaging.
• Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult on the ice or in the rink area.
• Open to the entire community, so let's make it inclusive and fun for everyone!
• CSA approved hockey helmets, gloves, and a hockey stick are mandatory. Full hockey equipment is recommended.
