Public Meating- Meat Processing Facility in Dufferin County

We are currently in the midst of Phase 2 of our Meat Processing project, after wrapping up our feasibility work on this project in the spring, we are now working to garner more interest in a potential Meat Processing Facility in Dufferin County.

The facility is proposed to be 60% producer owned, and from work completed over the past year by Mallot Creek Group, we estimate it will take about 50 producers interested in investing in this facility to reach 60% ownership.

In an effort to spread the word about this initiative, we are hosting a Public Information “Meating” on Wednesday December 15th at 1:00 pm at the Grand Valley and District Community Centre in the Grand River Room (upstairs).
